Your £60 deposit covers the callout + first hour and is deducted from your final bill.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately. We'll then review your booking and send a confirmation within 24 hours. Your booking isn't confirmed until you receive that second email.
Can I reschedule?
Yes! Rescheduling is free with 5 or more days notice. Just give us a call or email to arrange a new time.
What if you can't make my date?
90% of the time we'll be able to make your booking - we keep the diary up to date with our availability. On the rare occasion we can't, we'll contact you to find a suitable alternative time. If nothing works, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable for customer cancellations. However, it's fully refundable if we can't accommodate your booking. The deposit is always deducted from your final bill.
