Will the drone disturb my neighbours?
The DJI Matrice 4 is quieter than you'd expect - similar volume to a conversation. Most surveys take 15-30 minutes of actual flight time. We always notify immediate neighbours as a courtesy.
What if the weather is bad on my survey day?
We don't fly in heavy rain or strong winds (above Force 5). If we need to reschedule due to weather, we'll rebook at no extra cost and aim for the next available slot.
Can I use the report to negotiate on a house purchase?
Absolutely. Many clients use our drone reports during purchase negotiations. A clear report showing specific roof issues gives you solid evidence to request a price reduction or repairs before exchange.
How quickly do I get my report?
Typically within 48 hours of the survey. For urgent cases (storm damage, time-sensitive purchases), we can often turn it around same-day.
Do I need to be home during the survey?
Not necessarily - we mainly need access to fly near the property. However, it's useful if you're available so we can discuss any specific concerns and show you the live feed.
