I don't keep passwords - you either tell me to type in or you type them in while I set everything else up. Most people prefer doing that bit themselves anyway.

Yes - if you've got Netflix on your main TV and want it on bedroom TV too, I can set up both. Second TV's usually quicker because I know all your account details.
What if I want to cancel a service later?
