Will drilling damage my walls?

How high should a chandelier hang?

Can I have a fan with a light?
Yes - combo fan/lights are common. They wire to the same supply. Some have separate switches for fan and light, others use pull cords or remotes.
Can you fit a dimmer on any light?
Most yes, but there are exceptions. Two-way switches (stairs), some integrated LED fittings, and low-voltage lights need specific dimmers. We check what you've got.
What about downlight bulbs?
GU10s, MR16s, integrated LEDs - we change them all. Some downlights have tricky clips or bezels. We know how they work.
