The price covers a typical room's worth - bracket holes, picture hooks, shelving fixings, etc. If you've got a whole house that looks like Swiss cheese, it might take longer, but I'll give you an accurate quote based on what needs doing.
Can you colour-match paint for touch-ups?
If you've got some of the original paint left, yes. If not, I can get close with standard whites and magnolia, but perfect colour matching without the original paint is difficult. Most landlords are fine with filled holes that are paint-ready - they repaint between tenants anyway.
