How It Works
Ground-Level Gutter Cleaning, Explained
No ladders. No climbing. No tile damage. Just powerful suction and a clever camera system that lets us clear your gutters completely - safely from the ground.
The Problem with Ladders
Traditional gutter cleaning means a bloke up a ladder with a scoop. It works, but it's slower, riskier, and messier than it needs to be.
164,000 ladder injuries/year
UK A&E figures show ladder falls are one of the most common DIY injuries - and gutter cleaning is the top cause.
Tile damage from foot traffic
Walking on roofs to reach awkward spots cracks tiles and breaks ridge mortar. The repair often costs more than the clean.
Ladder feet damage
Ladders crush flowerbeds, sink into lawns, and dent the fascia they lean against.
Debris dropped below
Hand cleaning means scooping debris out and dropping it - onto your driveway, patio, or windows.
The Process
Six steps from arrival to before/after photos. Most jobs are done in under an hour.
Quick Site Survey
We arrive, walk the property, and check what we're dealing with. Heavy moss? Compacted leaves? Standard maintenance? We confirm the quote before starting.
Carbon Poles Extended
Lightweight carbon fibre poles extend up to 12 metres - reaching gutters on bungalows, two-storey homes, and most three-storey properties without leaving the ground.
Vacuum Power
Our Kiam CYCLONE 3600W triple-motor vacuum sucks debris straight off the gutter and into a 76-litre tank. Powerful enough to clear compacted moss, leaves, silt, and even tennis balls.
Camera Verification
Our pole-mounted camera lets us see directly into the gutter as we work. We confirm every section is clear before moving on - no guessing, no missed spots.
Downpipe Test
Every downpipe is checked and water-tested where possible. If anything's blocked, we clear it. If it's structurally damaged, we let you know.
Before/After Photos
We send you clear before and after photos so you can see exactly what was in there - and that it's gone. Job done, peace of mind delivered.
Vacuum vs Ladder: Side by Side
What About Really High Gutters?
Our carbon poles reach up to 12 metres - that covers bungalows, two-storey homes, and most three-storey properties. For unusual heights or restricted access, we'll combine the vacuum with a drone inspection so you can see exactly what's up there.
