A 4-bed detached takes longer than a 2-bed terrace. Larger properties = more pole reach time.
Gutter Condition
Heavily blocked or moss-impacted gutters take longer to clear than light annual maintenance.
Access
Conservatories, restricted side access, and tight gardens may need more setup time.
Number of Downpipes
Each downpipe is checked and tested - more downpipes means slightly more time on site.
Add-ons
Soffit & fascia cleaning, gutter guards, or pressure washing extras change the final price.
