What Affects the Price?
Most jobs slot neatly into one of the tiers above. Here's what might shift your quote up or down.
Surface Area
Bigger area = more time on the surface cleaner. Roughly proportional - twice the patio, twice the time.
Surface Type
Natural stone and timber decking need a softer touch and slower passes than concrete or block paving.
Contamination Level
Years of compacted moss and oil staining take longer than a light annual refresh. We'll quote based on photos.
Access
Tight side gates, locked rear gardens or long water-hose runs add a small amount of setup time.
Re-Sanding
Block paving needs kiln-dried sand brushed back into the joints after washing. Standard inclusion on driveway packages.
Bundle & Save
Combining services on a single visit saves money. Ask about bundle pricing when you book.

Combine your driveway or patio clean with a ground-level gutter vacuum. One visit, two jobs sorted, one bill.

Multi-Property
Landlords with multiple properties get reduced rates per site. 2-4 properties = 10% off, 5-10 = 15%, 10+ custom.

No hidden extras. The price we quote is the price you pay. If we find the job needs significantly more time than expected, we'll discuss it before proceeding.
VAT notice: Hembury Contracting is not currently VAT registered. Prices shown are the total you pay.
Water supply: We use your outdoor tap (free of charge to you). For sites without easy mains access we can bring a buffer tank - just let us know in advance.
