Common Questions
My off-grid system has stopped charging. Can you look at it?
Yes. A system that has stopped charging is one of the most common jobs we get called out to. We trace it through the panels, controller, battery and wiring to find where the fault is, then put it right.
Do you work on both 12V and 48V systems?
Yes. We work on off-grid 12V and 48V setups, from a van or shed system up to a larger outbuilding bank. Tell us what you have and what it is doing and we will come prepared.
Did someone else fit it, does that matter?
Not at all. We are happy to look at a system fitted by someone else or put together over time. We will find the fault and be straight with you about what it needs.
Can you tell over the phone what is wrong?
Sometimes we can point to a likely cause, but off-grid faults usually need eyes on the kit to be sure. We will not guess. We come out, trace it properly, and tell you what we find.
