What to Expect
1. Initial Contact & Booking You describe the job, we give a rough time estimate if we can, and book a convenient slot. For standard jobs we'll quote time over the phone. Complex work might need a site visit first.
2. On-Site Work We arrive at the agreed time, assess the job if needed, get to work with appropriate tools and materials, and keep you informed of progress. Time starts when we begin work, not when we arrive.
3. Completion & Payment We finish the job, clean up, show you the work, and provide a clear breakdown of time used and materials supplied. You pay for actual time used, rounded to nearest 30 minutes.
